The legal entity that will sign the agreements and pay the invoice. Aliso LLC dba R&D Binder will list this name on the binder cover.

We send the order confirmation, the Stripe Checkout link, and all subsequent engagement communications to this address.

Engineering Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) count

Full-time engineers plus contractors counted at FTE-equivalent. We use this to confirm tier fit.

Tax year for the binder

The OBBBA small-business window to amend 2022 to 2024 for retroactive §174A expensing closed on 2026-07-06. Amended Section 41 credit claims for a prior year are still available while that year is open under the refund statute of limitations (generally three years from filing).

R&D Binder is doc-only; your CPA files the return. We need to confirm you have one.
